2. ORDERS

2.1 PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ONLY SUPPLY TO THE UK

2.2 You are deemed to have placed an order once having completed the online checkout process. As part of the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors, and acknowledgements will be sent to you by e-mail, detailing the products you have ordered.

2.3 Acceptance of an order occurs once the order has been despatched. The purchase contract is made once the order has been despatched.

2.4 The contract is not finalised if you receive notification the order has not been accepted or if the order has been cancelled.

2.5 An order may be refused where:
(i) Goods are unavailable
(ii) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
(iii) There has been a pricing or product description error; or
(iv) Any of the eligibility criteria as set out in the terms and conditions has not been met.

3. PRICING

3.1 All prices include VAT at the current rates.

3.2 Nimbus at Blue Lawn charges separately for packaging, postage and other relevant charges, see the Delivery page.

3.3 Nimbus at Blue Lawn reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

4 PAYMENTS

4.1 Payments are made by using PAYPAL

5 RETURNS

5.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(i ) You can notify us by email to sales@nimbusatbluelawn.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you: or
(ii) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning the goods to us in accordance with clause 5.2 below.

5.2 You can return goods with all labels and original packaging you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The cost of retuning goods to us shall be borne by you.

5.3 Upon receipt of the returned goods to us we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

5.4 The rights to return goods to us as referred to in clause 5.3 will no apply in the following circumstances:
(i) In the event that the product has been used.
(ii) For Health and Safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned for any reason unless proven faulty when purchased.

The provisions of clause 5.4 does not affect your statutory rights.

6. LICENCE

6.1 You are premitted to print and download extracts from the website for your own use on the following basis:

(i) no documents or related graphics on this website are modified in any way
(ii) no graphics on this website are used separately from accompanying text; and
(iii) any of our copyright and trade mark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies.

10.2 Each registration is for a single user only; We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.

10.3 responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately.

10. 4 We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.
